2nd page of layout, this side was a challenge for me, she had the umbilical cord photos, and stressed those had to be in the book, which I totally understood but had never worked w/that type of photo. That presented a problem for me designing it b/c while yes they are precious photos of a very beautiful and important moment, they are shocking on a page w/all the blood and very hard to blend/design around. My solution? See the bows on each of the top photos? Those are all hidden photo mats underneath, each one having the photos from the cutting of the cord, she still has them as she wants, no blood shocker and got to fit other photos on the page :) For some reason none of these photographed well tonight, think I may do them over!
