a goofy thing we did with the kids... it was memorial day and we were going to visit the cemetery at church to pay our respects to our veterans. My dh had found this place called "boot hill" that has all sorts of boots on the fence posts and a big sign and thought we should bring his old workboots there to add to it. Since we were going that way, we thought we might as well get rid of our recyclables and of course we could come back the round about way and get some ice cream and make it a real "fun" trip for the kids. My dh called it the Redneck fieldtrip. The kids thought it was the best ever! Even better than school fieldtrips! TFL!
