I had this shimmery turquoise fabric leftover which worked well with my new bedroom set and decided to give this easy little project a try. I took my 2 oldest and saddest looking bath towels and rolled them up tightly until I got the shape and length I wanted and then wound the fabric tightly around the towel rolls, tying the ends with rubber bands, The black ribbons are loosely tied. I decided I didn't want to hot glue so I'd be able to easily disassemble and wash everything if I wanted to. Tfl.
