In 2007 DH built our DGS#2--Andrew--a tool box. The old fashion dowel handle one and we filled it with real tools but in pint sizes. Little hammers, screwdrivers, etc even down to a tiny saw. Also note that Andrew has on his safety glasses, gloves, carpenter suspenders, & hard hat that was included in the box. He was so thrilled so Grandpa took him to the garage, found some small boards to play with and made him promise to follow 3 rules. Safety was #1 and that's what he's doing in the big photo. Rule #2 is to ask first & have an adult there. Rule #3 --(this one is funny) Don't hammer your thumb because we remember Rule #1!!!
