I watched Rina K do this technique on YouTube. She used her line of Electro Pop inks but I used Distressed Oxide inks for the rainbow blend. Then Gina K Amalgam black ink for the stenciling. Heat set inks in between color & black just to be sure. And all that color on white cardstock! The stencil I used is from Gina K.
