Soo sad to see the way they age and almost disappear.. I agree with some of the other comments.. is it possible to have someone etch it out more, so the words will stay a little longer??

oo enjoy gathering the memories. My cousin spent a ton of time with my great grandma doing just that! so glad she did.

John and I went to visit Mama & Daddy's graves yesterday. I walked around and looked at some of our other relatives graves, too. This is my daddy's brother's who died before I was born. I noticed how I can hardly read the engraving in the stone and the many other stones which you can no longer read at all. The danger in this is that in years to come who will keep their memories alive? It saddens me that I don't have anyone to talk to about when Daddy was a small child. His one living sister is 13 years younger than him and has alzhemiers. I am working on getting memories of Mama as a child and young woman.
