We have the same problem too. The only thing they dont destroy and swallow are rope bones. But those are boring. We will give them empty water bottles, but have to watch them , Gunner gets gnawing on them pretty good and will actually swallow little bits of it, so after about a half hour, we take them away and toss them.

She's certainly given it a hard time. Hope she had no ill effects from eating the plastic.

My MIL has the same problem. Her pups chew through a toy in a matter of minutes. I'm glad Misty doesn't chew, but she does like the bones I pick up from the meat counter at the grocery. I refill them with PB for her.

None of my dogs ever chewed much. Although they all enjoyed the Nyla (sp)Bones.

the dog we had destroyed anything we gave her. We did end up buying a toy or two for larger sized dogs, and I think they were even special ones that were for aggressive chewers. :) Good luck finding the right toys.
