I use a wood background for this, and glued some Halloween papers to it. I distressed them and also used thickers and black stickers as well. The witch costumes were made with stencils from a Klutz book called Paper Fashions Fantasy. I love it, it is actually for kids, it has stencils in it and you create dresses, costumes, etc. I used some rope/string for the broom for some texture, and. added some rhinestones to the witch dresses. I had fun making this halloween project too!
