This big bold and beautiful lo is just marvelous!!! I had an aunt Ollie that really "Lived life out Loud" as you say. (Love that phrase, will have to "lift" that from you...lol) And if these beautifully exotic prints and fabulous colour palette is any indication of her personality, then she was quite the character!!! Beautiful job dear friend, beautiful job!!!!!
Those bold colors are perfect for this page..awesome florals...love the stitching, inking and stamping!! Her personality comes through in this photo..love it!!
Vickie! I am absolutely in LOVE with this gorgeous page! I love how you used the vibrant purples here! And that photo is such a treasure!!!!! they look so cute together! I love their pose!!!!!! All of the techniques you used make for a beautiful layout! TFS, my friend!!!!!

WOW! I love all the bright colors! Great fussy cutting and style! She looks like a fun, fun woman! Great that you have all these fun pictures instead of the nomal "Photos." Great legs!!! BEAUTIFUL!
Hey! I get to be first to comment! :o) She really does look like a character!!! Love that photo and those shorts! Love the vibrancy of the purple with the yellow, your stitching, and that great cluster of flowers....do I detect some fussy cutting? Yes, a wonderful tribute to your dh's Aunt Vi!!
But after I finished - it really looks nothing like Cathy's - so I will say I was very INSPIRED by here lo. This is my DH's paternal Aunt Vi and his Mother in 1964. His Aunt was QUITE the CHARACTER - she truly lived out loud. Her favorite color was purple -hence this vibrant colorful lo. A little stamping, a little inking, and a little stitching. TFL.
