Photo of my son and I taken in 1985. We definitely won't be recreating this layout since he is now almost 42! LOL! I used a white background with teal border (I think that the teal is a paper from BoBunny) The rectangle frame was cut with a die. I used Washi tape over the frame. The zigzag paper was a scrap from my stash. The circles were created with a water color pencil and then I touched it lightly with a water brush. Title was created in the Silhouette program and cut 4 times and stacked for dimension. Brads and stars are old things from my stash. I used a large scallop punch and a large circle punch for the tags on the top and bottom. This is one of those layouts that looks a lot better in my head than it did on paper....LOL!
