Oh, Christine, I love that picture of dh with his :big: fish. It appears that the children's fishes were bigger than his catch! LOL Love the color scheme and page composition. Awesome journaling, too.

Go FISH

This is my husband and three of our six daughters on a recent fishing expedition. Journaling reads: With six girls to take along, it is such a production to go fishing. But I think it's so cool that you will do it anyway. You barely get to fish - it's a whole bunch of putting worms on hooks and getting lines untangled and getting fish off hooks. And the fish? Certainly not any trophy winners to talk about (unless it's a contest for world's smallest sunnies). But that's not what it's about - it's about the fact that you are a Dad who will do things with his kids. I know the girls will never remember each fish they caught but they will be able to remember going fishing with their Daddy.......

the following special techniques were done by me in Photoshop - knotted ribbon digitally created from the striped paper included in the One Fish kit, small horizontal paper tear digitally created, corner paper fold and paper clip shadowing........
I created the journaling font from my own handwriting
