Mark looks the way a brewer should. Like a round jolly German in leiderhosen playing a tuba and drinking his beer. (sorry Mark, not meant as an insult) I don't drink but I toured Jack Daniels in Kentucky and it was fascinating.

This is in the room where all the elements come together-so after the hops are fermented, then it all gets carbonated and mixed etc. Each of the tall cylinders holds 438 barrels of beer, so that means 876 kegs are CONTAINED in each one. The guy with his arm stretched out is Mark, the owner of the brewery, and he gave us the tour
