I wouldn't know the difference between beers...lol I'm not much of a drinker these days but back in the pre mama days I was a Jack and Coke drinker.. the smell of beer has always made me a bit sick... HOWEVER I do like to use beer for cooking :)
very neat photo. Love the glass. Dh and I don't drink, but we have both agreed that when all out glass tumblers break, we are replacing them with beer glasses because they are such a neat shape
My first beer of the night. Ordinarily I don't care for stout beers, they taste so bitter. This is called Oatmeal Stout, and it was incredible (so I had 2!!) Very smooth, like velvet, and sweet! Hints of oatmeal and chocolate. The sad part is that because it's a stout and it has special carbonation requirements, they don't sell it bottled. The owner said that they are a small brewery and it is too cost prohibitive for them to add the nitrogen capsules that are needed to get the right cabonation in a bottle or can for this. So I"ll have to find a restaurant that has Summit on tap and hope they have the stout. I tried to shoot this faster to get the head but missed a lot of it. When it's first poured all you get is head, then as it settles you get the beer.
