This is me and my sweet daddy during our Father/Daughter dance. We danced to "I Loved Her First" by Heartland. Papers are Heidi Grace. The scalloped looking border around the circle I did using a circle punch and cutting them in half and tucking them just beneath the edge all the way around. The flourish is hand cut. The bling and light teal colored flowers were borrowed from Betty & Sarah's collection and the yellow flowers were part of my Easter present in 2010, I included the chorus of the song printed off the computer and then I put vellum over the top and attached it to the page with brads. The lyrics are: "I loved her first and I held her first and a place in my heart will always be hers. From the first breath she breathed, when she first smiled at me I knew the love of a father runs deep. And I prayed that she'd find you someday, but it still hard to give her away. I loved her first." I love my daddy so so much and still cry when I hear the song now! :) That's all, TFL!
