This is my son at 8 months, hanging at the pool.
I don't have many tools yet. I do have a circle punch and that helped a lot in making the little waves. I hand drew and hand cut the wavy border on the blue papers.
I am brand new to scrapping and have to say that this layout did not photograph well. The pics look too dark here and the journaling too light...
