Just a quick capture of my son at 5 months old. This photo makes me smile and I knew I had to scrap it. This design is a lift of my "Stolen Kisses" layout.
The pp is from the Basic Grey Lemonade collection. I made the yellow flower tag at the top and hung it from an eyelet just to give the page a little balance and pizzazz. The little salt and pepper shakers are Cosmo Cricket Early Bird. I love that line. I tucked a little note and small photo in the yellow envelope and stitched the little Xs on the sides of the wide horizontal strip.
The journaling on the page reads:
You never were much of a fan of a pacifier, but you sure found comfort in your own hands and feet. You started sucking on your fingers at about 3 weeks old. By 5 months, you were agile and limber enough to reach your toes and give them a little taste test. I have to say: I think they're pretty yummy myself. I love to kiss your little toes, then delight in the belly laugh those kisses bring. ~ 8/17/09.
