I thought my granddaughter looked like Betsy Johnson in this little outfit. The red flower is a "lollipop" flower, made of several circles I stitched across the stem with embroidery thread. I topped thread with Liquid Pearls. I created a new kind of flower with chipboard buttons attached to various layers of paper with Sparkle Mod Podge (lots of possibilities with this easy technique). I stamped my photo corners with a large background stamp after painting them blue. These butterflies were punched out and given texture and firmness with UTEE.
