A valentine card I made for my mom to give to my stepdad. Finally, after years of looking for that special Pepe Le Pew card, I was able to give it to her. Completely custom and special! She just picked it up today and loved it!! (yeah!) The little bow is on a heart that slides out with a special caption for the picture. You know how if you move your mouse cursor over a picture a little "caption" pops up....that's kinda what I wanted for this one.
