This was lifted off the gallery from MissFancypants (Mari & me). I wanted to try using negative space and layering a lot of elements along the side. I don't think I used enough elements to get the look I wanted, but I guess it's a start. I may go back and add more stuff. I really don't like how the leaves I stamped on the flower ended up looking like wings. Grrr! This was my first time using Prima flowers. I'm not huge on flowers, but I wanted something with texture. It kind of looks like it's floating, maybe because I didn't put enough stuff layered up the edge. I'd appreciate any feedback.

Overall I do like this page (I think it's my new favourite), but I think i need to do more to it.

The letters for "isters" are from the dollar store. They were shiny pale green so I peeled the shiny layer off to reveal the raw chipboard then inked them. The big glittery S is from K and Company (not in the superstore) and was silver, so I inked it to match. The papers are Cloe's Closet (Making Memories- also not in the Superstore), which I was pleasantly surprised to learn perfectly match the Distress Ink colours I happened to have already on hand.

Journalling says: "Doctor Sophie gets some love from Livie before scrubbing in on an appendectomy"
