I got a Bind it All for my birthday and immediately made these. I made the middle one first for myself then made the other 4 all at once. I'm still not great at getting the binding to made a nice circle, but they will do.

For each calendar I used 2 5X5 pieces of cereal box which I covered with pp on one side, and cs on the other side (the insides of the calendar). Then I cut a bunch of strips of cs 1 and 1/8th by 2.5. I used my bind it all to punch the holes and then hung the strips so there are 4 on wires 2 and 3, and 10 on wires 4 and 5. I used scored cs to hold the 2 pieces of chipboard together at the bottom.

I decorated with die cut, punched, and trimmed paper, stamps, and ribbon.

Sorry for the bad photo. If I wait for the sun to come out, I'll never post anything.
