he looks like he's missing all the talons on that foot, and the "fingers" are quite stubby and short. Hopefully it's an injury or even birth defect that won't affect his live span.

That was the first thing I noticed...his foot! Actually his whole leg is much different looking. He sure is a pretty blue color!
