DS and his cousin. journaling--You and Jonah were born exactly 9 months apart. I just know that someday he will be your best friend. Why isn't he yet? I suppose it has something to do with the 483 miles between you, and the fact that you have seen each pther a total of 5 times in the 2 years since you were born. When Macee and Jonah came to stay with us for a week this winter, i had grand plans of you two instantly becoming buds and playing together all the time. Instead you made it quite clear to me that you liked being an only child. You are used to quiet play and mommy snuggles...then in comes Jonah--a crazy, fun boy who does not slow down. You had no idea how to act! You whined anytome Jonah came near me, when he played with your THomas trains or jumped in your ball pit. By the end of the weekyou were starting to warm up to him. Hopefully someday soon we will live closer together and you 2 can get to know each other. I can't wait till you fight like brothers, beg for sleepovers and call him your "friend".
