I tried to create a river/wave effect on the bottom of this page so ripped some blue swirly paper, used lots of different types of ribbon and these cute little fish buttons I found in a knitting shop. I also used my glue pen and did some glitter swirls to make the waves glisten.
No products have been added to this project.
