Journaling reads "Didn't know it at the time but this would be my last night that I would directly work in the icu. I had one night after this and they let me go due to my medical condition. I say 'sayonara' since I wasn't happy there to begin with. Have to figure out what is causing my pain and move on to BIGGER and BETTER things!" I used a sterile dressing for the matting for the photo and medical grade tape for the journal box.
