Journaling below the title reads: Enjoy the little things in life, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.
Journaling under the hinged flap reads: Casey, this was the day you got to try out your new fishing pole. We went to Graveyard fields, it was Grandma, Grandpa, you and I. This summer day was crystal clear and beautiful and even though the air was warm, the water was foot numbing cold like it always is in the Blue Ridge Mountains. We had lots of fun that day finding little bugs and fish in the stream, climbing the steep hills and rocks, seeing who could walk around in the cold water the longest before wimping out and eating our picnic lunch on the little bridge over the water with Grandma and Grandpa. This was a BIG day.
