Every year, Penn State students hold a dance marathon (THON) to raise money for pediatric cancer. In 2014, they raised $13,343,517.33. My daughter did not dance, but was on a support team. She and her teammates snagged a picture with the Nittany Lion mascot, she is front and center with the big red bow.

When she sent me this picture, Bo Bunny Anthem popped into my head, the girls are in red, the bleachers are blue... perfect. I used an old sketch from Kim Keene at My Creative Sketches... its actually the same sketch I used for my son's graduation layout... way down at the bottom of my gallery. Great sketch!

To create the inner red frame, I cut a 10x10 inch square out of the middle of the paper, trimmed it 1/8 inch on all 4 sides, distressed then attached both pieces to red cardstock. The red netting under the title and floral spray is an onion bag.

I love to use hearts on my layouts, my favorite is a lopsided heart from the Accent Essentials Cricut Cartridge. I cut 3 from cardstock and 1 from patterned paper, glue and stack them. Its like making my own chipboard hearts.

TFL!!
