I was going to submit this LO in a recipe challenge over at Craftylefty's blog-Life of a Scrapper-until I re-read the recipe-after I completed this LO. Being dsylexic is a bummer sometimes. The challenge calls for 1 photo-I used 3. Darn it! I did adhere to the other "ingredients" though-beads of any kind; pastel colors; at least 2 pp's; 1 type of stitching. (I "stitched" the flowers, the other stiching is part of the pp)I will have to start again!! But I did get a LO out of it. I wanted the LO to have a younger child's art project feel to it. To accomplish this, I used an actual project that my DD created when she was@ 4 years old as a sketch.
My daughter's nickname is Noodles. Long story short-she couldn't pronounce her name whe she was younger and when asked, told people her name was Noodles. LOL!!! It stuck! This LO lists her top ten fun things to do when she was 4 years old. Noodles is 15 now and enjoyed helping create this LO.

Top Ten Fun
1-Finding Insects
2-Watching Rugrats
3-Eating Mac & Cheese
4-Playing outside
5-Going to TOYS R US
6-Playing my violin
7-Watching Elmo
8-Watching Blue's Clues
9-Eating Chuletas (porkchops)
10-Rollerskating

I used Noodles' school picture from her pre-k class. She was sooooo happy in this pic. By the time it was taken, her English vocabulary had expanded. (Spanish is her 1st language) She is grinning because the the photographer said "cheese" and she thought he was going to give her a few slices! LOL!!! Boy was she disappointed when he was done. Later, in her class pic, she, along with a few of her classmates, is not smiling. She informed the other students-"Don't smile. El no tiene queso!" (He does not have cheese!)LOL!!!

Thanks to PepprRN for the bling. Thanks to Memaoftwo for the DS tips.
TFL!!!
