As an 'end of the school year thank you" gift for each of my youngest sons teachers this year, I made a little note card set. Each set comes with 8 different cards and envelopes. I found these cute little tins to put them all in at Cost Plus. I made 3 sets total. The blue/green/white set pictured here, a pink/green/white set and a yellow-orange/green/white set. <br><br>
I'm really happy with how they turned out. Probably the best part was that, with the exception of one sheet of patterned paper, I made all 3 sets of cards with products I already had on hand. For each set I used:<br><br>
1 sheet 12 x 12 patterned paper<br> 4 sheets 12 x 12 cardstock<br> Silver Mini Brads and/or Scrapworks Conchos <br> Assorted silk flowers <br> Ribbon (about 1-1/2 yards total) <br> Acrylic paint
