This 2 page LO was done for the scraptathlon practice challenge "Summer High". I'm uploading it into my gallery for the get those pages done challenge.
Journaling:
Under picture left side: This was the "high"light of my 30th birthday!
The journaling box (right side): For my 30th birthday, Eric surprised me by buying a balloon ride. We chose to go on a sunset flight, and it was beautiful. We got to help set up the balloon, then we enjoyed the view as we flew over McHenry and along the Fox River. This has to be my best birthday present, ever!
Along the ballooon: The balloon seems to stand still, high in the air, while the earth flies past underneath - Alberto Santos Dumont
I made the Balloon out of cardstock with stitching.
