This is my LO for the Scraptathlon week 5 challenge. I didn't think I was going to get to my LO for this week's challenge because this weekend my cat got very sick. She went to the vet where we found out that she had a very fast growing malignant tumor in her throat. She deteriorated unbelievably quickly and today we had to put her to sleep. I have been sad, and distracted, and have not felt like scrapping. But I took a picture of my cat this morning that I decided I wanted to scrap. So this challenge turned into free therapy for me.

The large picture is from this morning. My poor baby had lost 3 pounds in the last 4 days and looks so thin! The small picture is me with Simba in 1994 when I first got her.
I know this is simple, but it was all I could handle. In a few days, I will make a 2nd page to go with this which will include journaling. I did try my very first attempt at freehand doodling on this page.
