this is a lo describing my scare with my dd2. Journaling reads:
Tatyana,
Here I am at 31 weeks pregnant with you. Little did I know that a few hours after taking this picture, I would be at the hospital with contractions. I found out that I was already dilated 1 1/2 centimeters, which meant that you were trying to make an early entrance into this world. I was tired of being pregnant, yes, but I was not ready to meet you yet. I was very scared and started crying as I heard the doctors start talking about what would happen if you were born now and and what they were going to do to try and stop the contractions, which also included steroid shots for your lungs. Fortunately, after two days in the hospital, they stopped the contractions and you were fine. But to be on the safe side, they put me on bedrest till 36 weeks. Its going to be very hard confined to the bed, and your sister Jasmine is going to New York with Nana since I won't be able to care for her. But don't you worry, my sweet baby. We will make it through this together, because I love you and I will do anything for you. Love Mommy March 2008
And we did make it! They induced my labor right at 37 weeks and she was healthy and happy!
