From Ashley furniture. Ok, here's the breakdown. All descriptions are from left to right for both shelves. Very top shelf: Flower stems from dollar store in antique pitcher (I sometimes add to wrapped presents), extra flowers, leaves in lg glass jars. Black/white 3 ring binders are designated for each daughter and holiday. I added ribbons etc. on outer edge so I could see immediately which one to grab. Top actual shelf: white cardstock & watercolor (clear plastic bin) then 9 black photo boxes for flowers (1 box for each color), yarns. Next shelf down: Clear plastic bins for paper storage (I will show in separate posting how I made labels). I sort almost everything by color, so one bin for each color, unless I don't have as much then I combine (yellow, orange and corals are all together in one bin). I have all my bins for cardstock first, then my bins for patterned paper. Next row down: CM organizer for paper scraps, 6 black photo boxes for ALL embellishments, sorted by color. Most boxes have 2-3 colors, with dividers. I also found small (4x6?) clear plastic containers at Joanns for each color so I could toss small items in them & they would still fit in the photo box. To the right on that shelf, I have all of my 12x12 paper collections (I clip any embellies that are designed for the collection to them so I don't forget to use them). Bottom shelf: 12x12 snapped closed plastic containers of subjects I want to sort separately (Christmas, Halloween, Sports, Disney, etc. - I put paper and embellies in these bins). Huge black canvas bin for alphas, then a small black photo box for papers smaller than 12x12. I occasionally have to move and tweak things but this system has generally worked very well.
