First put down a layer of gesso. Drew the face with a General's carbon stretch pencil. Tiny moths are stamps. Used Mermaid markers "Jellyfish" for mouth, and I mixed "Seaweed" and "Byron Bay" for the eye color, since my eyes are green and blue. Used my new Dylusions Periwinkle spray ink with water for the sky. Signo white uni-ball pen for white reflection in eye (I forgot what it's called). To paint darker greenery, I added darker inks to the acrylics, and for lighter, I added gesso. I used gesso with water on top of some greenery for highlighting, and some darker greens for shading because I thought it was really impt to appear to have light coming from the top right. The rest are just plain acrylics. I am truly grateful for each of you - your kind words always mean so much to me. Hope you're getting your hands inked up today! Debbie 8-)
