My designing folder has a ZZZ infront of it, so its at the bottom of Picasa, and not mixed in with my PU stuff. All CU stuff is sorted by category, and Picasa recognizes PSD images (the bees are PSDs) so no need for previews. All brushes, styles, etc I file the previews in the respective folder, so I know what I have (eg: Scrappin Cops beads)
