The hearts on the right are cut out of a full sheet of cardstock. I put it on top of another piece of cardstock and traced the shape of the hearts on it. I then put ribbon, paper, buttons, and brads in the heart shapes and placed the piece of cardstock with the hearts cutout on top. There is a video on how it is done over on the garden website.
