I over heard the director at my Moms' Senior Center talk about the planned activity called "Throwback Thursday" where current members got together to sign cards to mail to members who have not been in recent attendance. I asked-where are you getting the cards? The director responded she'd have to go buy them. I quickly said-let me make some. We were getting ready to drive 2000 miles for a special family event-and making cards in the car is a favored pass time for yours truly.
I made 30 cards on that trip!
I loved the results!
The inside greeting read:
"We are looking forward to seeing you again
It's been ages since we've met.
We will enjoy the time and have a laugh
And make memories we'll never forget."
