This is a photo of my mother's mother from way back when. I have no idea what year it was taken or in what country, but I think it's great!
I have a whole story to go with this, but haven't gotten the journalling yet from my mom.
I'll give you the short version... my grandmother's parents owned bakeries in Spain and used to feed the people who fought against Franco. They were found out and they were shot and all of their property, land, etc were confiscated leaving my grandmother with nothing.
