I learned how to use a PSE technique to mask a photo and then reveal the color on part chosen. I did my granddaughter's blue eyes. She's just three now. The flowers were made using the EK Success Dimensional flower PUnch called Lily Flower. The font was cut with the Ashlyn Alphabet Cricut Cartridge. The twist was to use at least one flower.
