Poor girl, that's not fair to have that happen to your birthday cake. The cake may have disappointed but this lo does not. Your fussy cutting is beautiful, gorgeous pps, love the pretty balloons and soft colors. Love it.
Love how you fussy cut the little girls. Poor thing! I've had that happen to me before, too. In my case, they added an extra I in my name. What? How hard is it to spell Regina?
oh, this is the sweetest! your poor niece....shame on them for spelling her name wrong! She is such a doll in this photo! and the papers are absolutely precious! great fussy-cutting!
Adorable! Love that flower and those sweet pps! People always pronounce my son Draven's name wrong and he absolutely hates it, so I know how she felt about the misspell!
This is such a darling, "girlie" page! Love it! Love all your fussy cutting, punching, and your flower is wonderful! People have such strange names these days, maybe they thought that was just a very unique name! Hope her Birthday was fun, in spite of!!
This is lovely - it is so girly and feminine! Nice job distressing the edges of the hearts and other embellies! Sweet picture - she looks so disappointed!
OH, SO CUTE, Rochelle!! I LOVE IT! I love this Jack and Jill line from Prima. It's adorable. That flower is awesome! Love the feather in it. Great work!! And poor Des... with the misspelled name... I can see the disappointment on her face.
awww.... poor little thing! hope she got lots of great gifts to make up for the goof...... i love "jill", she's such a sweet little thing, and you used them well in this adorable lo!!
Ahhh..bless her little heart...my name gets mispelled all the time..all my life :)...I am sure she had a blast anyway..love the lo colors are so soft very pretty!!!
awwww.... she looks so sad! bless her heart! but the page is just adorable, Miss Rochelle!! the order must have been placed over the phone.... V, D and B sound so much the same (from a person who answers the phone all day taking names).
awww...so sweet! Love the soft colours and fussy cutting! Can't believe they spelled her name wrong~that stinks! I've had my name misspelled my whole life and hate that!! everyone leaves off the "e"!!
Oh how sweet!!! Love the papers you used, and those balloons! Your poor niece, what an expression on her face, how on earth could they make such a crazy mistake, D to V??
Gorgeous!! I love the fussy cutting and the little girl holding the balloons! I feel bad for your neice :-( Hopefully the rest of her B'Day was good? :-)
What a sweet & darling lo Rochelle! Those cute Prima Jack & Jill pp's & embellies are so age approrpriate & perfect here! I totally understand her dissapointment in the misspelling of her name! I can see it on her face! I never thought Helene could be spelled in so many different ways either! AWESOME work!!!!!!
my there such a cute lil foto so sorry about her name being misspelt but am sure she luved her party...very adorable page and so luv your lil diecuts....xo
So very beautiful...completely charming and delightful lo!! LOVE the fussy cutting, the bunch of heart balloons and your SUPERB flower!! Awesome pps!! FAVE!! xox
Super cute layout and story! She looks so disappointed! I love how you made this a fun moment in her life! Awesome work with the fussy cutting and design! Love the embellies!
awwwe Rochelle, this is so sweet and adorable. love all your fussy cutting and the way you used the ribbons to "tie" the balloons together (very clever). Your poor niece - how traumatic to have her name misspelled on her b-day cake. Bet she and the family talked about that for years.
lovely lo! And she does not look happy at all! Is that a mcdonald's cake? I would have had a word or two with the manager over that!!! At least she has a nice Auntie to make a beautiful page to remember it! I love all the fussy cutting! It looks great!
This was my Niece's 8th Birthday. She was so excited to see her cake but when she opened it they had misspelled her name. Her name is Desirae but they had Vesirae on her cake. I felt so bad for her and as I hope you can see by the look on her face she was NOT impressed! I tried to find a cuter picture of her to go with with cute paper but it's the only one I had (or can find!) Lots of fussy cutting, inking and punches. The flower I made from a tutorial that I watched so long ago that I don't remember who did it but my Sister (Chipboard Queen) refreshed my memory on how to do it. It's hard to believe that she'll be turning 32 on Friday! Thanks to all of you for all of your inspiration and in advance for all of your kind comments! TFL!
