Journaling Reads: Shawn loves the Ravens and hates the Steelers. I love the Steelers and hate the Ravens. It's a rivalry that goes on for the entire football season and during the off season, too. When Shawn visited for Christmas in 2010 he made the huge mistake of falling asleep on the couch. What's a big sister to do but to make sure that her little brother is covered up all warm and snug. The fact that I covered him with a Steelers blanket just made it all that much better. I have to give credit to Phill and Christina, they tried to save him, but failed and I have photographic proof. He was pretty unhappy when he woke up to find the blanket on him, but considering he only sends me pictures of his kids in Ravens jerseys, fair play is fair play. I can't wait for him to come home for good, so that we can continue this longstanding rivalry in person. Football Sundays are going to be a blast.
