We spent Labor Day weekend
in Boise, and it was quite a
fun trip. We left on Thursday
around 4:00, hoping that the
kids would sleep on the way
there, but no such luck, though
they were surprisingly well-
behaved on the 6 hour drive.
While in Boise, we had several
fun adventures. The favorite
activity was floating the Boise
river. Grandma watched the
twins while the rest of us
joined Grandpa, Aunt Jennifer,
and the Butler boys (minus
Jordon) on the river trip.
Lillian’s favorite part of the
trip was hopping out of the
raft and swimming to some
of the other rafts. I loved
to hop in with her and enjoy it,
too. We couldn’t take a
camera down the river, so we’ll
have to be content with the
memories.
The other favorite adventure,
of course, was riding the four-
wheelers at Grandma’s
hosue. The kids couldn’t get
enough of it.
