Thanks to ellabellasmommy for the inspiration. I loved her "Dear Management" layout and scraplifted the journalling for my one!

My DS Ethan, aged 2 1/2 (he's 4 now).

Journalling reads:
Having been displeased with recent treatment, I formed a list of complaints. Please be informed that if my requests are not granted, my behaviours may increase to reflect my displeasure.
First of all, the issue of food and drink. I find it highly prejudicial to refuse certain beverages based on such trivial matters as height and age. Coke tastes good no matter how old you are. Also, despite frequent requests for you to stop, I am still finding such repulsive things as onions and mushrooms on my dinner plate. I would really appreciate it if you could keep my servings to chicken nuggets and ice cream.
Next issue: Sleeping arrangements. While I do
appreciate such comforts as my special blanket and Froggie, I am not happy with the bedtime restrictions. I find it only fair that the earlier my bedtime is moved, the earlier I will rise in the morning.
Finally, this new sharing policy. You must know that it is nearly impossible to let anyone else play with the toy in my hand, or the one that was just in my hand, or one that I may once have thought about being in my hand. This same concept applies to sharing time with Mummy & Daddy, especially the new addition to our family unit. I might mention that had I been consulted on this decision, I would have requested one less noisy.
I would really prefer to maintain a positive relationship. I assure you that if my needs are met, things will proceed much more smoothly.

Sincerely, Ethan
