The long winter darkness rarely bothers me. On the contrary. I'm a really cozy girl and I'm always looking forward to the dark autumn when I can start lighting candles all over the house. Even though I've travelled the world heavily I love being at home. There's nothing like crawling up under a blanket in front of the fireplace while it's snowing outside. Or listening to the birds singing from the top of their lungs during spring. They are usually so loud you expect them to be in the livingroom while they are outside. So our house is filled up with cozy little corners. Like this one in our purple bedroom...
