SHCG - This is awesome, Jesse! And not just 'cause I'm from TX. The star pp background & bandana pp are perfect for this page; they along w/ that rustic suede band add a nice rugged touch. The blue matte & letters really pop. Great array of other images! Excellent accents w/ that button & the scalloped edges. Dang your handwriting is nice! Everything about this page ROCKS! Fab response to a fab challenge. If you ever go down there, I can give you recommendations (or at least have a bunch of other people you can ask 'cause I don't live there anymore, haha!).

SHCG: First off, so glad you made this a BWC. I love that the star pp is yellow. It's perfect for the overall r/w/b and complements the yellow rose which is also a nice addition to your Texas obsession. The handwriting is awesome and I love the bandana pp. I like the title font, too. Awesome job, Jesse! I hope your fantasy soon becomes a reality.

SHCG: I really liked the fact you matted the state picture. I agree the the colors of the ribbons seem off, but I am sure it is better in person. The star paper works great with this challenge and I love the font you used for Texas. The journal portion is great!
