SHCG: Beautifully done. Love the title. It looks like quite the piling of snow...where are yours and Tank's snow angels? It is a great way to show what you experienced. Love the picture of Tank "plowing" down the walk.
SHCG: Great title and photo placement. In keeping with your simple approach, I offer simple suggestions: a darker grey mat for the journaling to make it stand out a bit more and changing the spelling title a little bit to be more like the actual spelling of apocalypse. (That is, if that's the word you're going for--snowpocalypse.) Just trim off a bit of the first a to seem like an o and squeeze in a y between the l and p. I love that you documented this on a two-page spread, a kind of eventful day in your everyday life.
SHCG: I love snow! I haven't seen that kind of snow in YEARS- great photos. I love how you added glitter to the swirl on the pp! I think that the page looks good simple but i'd really love to see some little gltter snowflakes scattered across the page to make it look like it's snowing *I think that would be cute*
LO about the snowstorm we had in February... kept it pretty simple because there is so much going on in the pictures. Pics on the left are from when I was leaving for work around 6:30 AM- view from my front door, view outside the garage, and the driveway after I plowed through it (I was pretty proud of my Explorer... it went through the drifts without being put into 4WD!). The rest are from when I came home from lunch at noon- there were only a few of us that could make it in so those of us that showed up called it a day early. :) There are various interesting drifts in my backyard, the path I shoveled between my house and my boyfriend's (yes, we live right next door to each other), the before and after shots of shoveling my sidewalk, and Tank running down the sidewalk.
