The basic design I scraplifted from JPo, although hers is a digi lo.
Journaling reads:
Our Sammy and his special tongue. Last year he had pancreatitis and we didn't know if he was going to make it. He spent 4 days and nights at the vets, and when he came home, a piece of his tongue was gone. But he's all better now. So when we find him just sitting there, looking so cute with his tongue stuck out of his mouth, I give him a kiss, because it's a reminder of just how close we were to losing him.
