Well... they say March comes in like a Lion and out like a Lamb... but I've never seen it do it all in one 12 hour period. Last night I was out at a friend's until about Midnight. When I arrived at her home at 7:30 it was just starting to flurry. When I left at 11:30 it was SNOWING and there were about 2" on the ground. The normally 15 minute drive took almost 45 and I pulled into my driveway and took this photo of the tree in front of my house. I got up this morning around 8am, put on the boots and all to go out to shovel and found SPRING. The car and all the paved surfaces are WET - no snow, and the grass is just barely covered with a trace if icy slush. Temps are nearing 50 and it's beautiful and sunny... SPRING IS SPRUNG (at least for this morning!)
