If that sharpener works let me know. I know all the proper handling but I fail so miserably at sharpening and when I took them to a man to sharpen they were no better than when I dropped them off.
Oh, I'd love to take a class like that. I try to pay attention to the Food Network people and the ones on Top Chef, but my skills aren't that great. I love the Wusthof knives, and use my santoku knife for almost all my chopping & dicing. Mine need to be sharpened again, too.
This week I took a "knife skills" class - something I've always wanted to do. Learn the proper use, holding techniques, chopping, peeling, etc. and care of the investment we make in these kitchen tools. SOOO... now it's time to sharpen 'em up and get to work :)
