Good luck with that. My dd was 2-1/2 when we finally got rid of hers, and I couldn't even do it, my mom took her on vacation for 3 weeks and put it in the glove compartment for the long trip and never got it out...she was done with it then...Easy weaning...when you don't have to do it...LOL.
Nice pic! I love the sunlight shining through! Good luck with that adventure of weaning her from the pacifier. We stopped giving Morgan hers a few weeks ago and since then, she has found her thumb!
Hey, that is a good idea Mosey has. Good luck! I had a hard time getting my dd off of the bottle. At Christmas time we hung all of the bottles on the Christmas tree and Santa came and took them to little kids who needed bottles. Santa also replaced all of the bottles w/sippy cups...hey, it worked.
I know exactly how hard it is... if you cut the tip off of it, it should help her not want it so much because it won't have the same satisfaction when she sucks it. We had our oldest son weened in one day that way, he never asked for it again because it was broken and couldn't be fixed.
This is my biggest pet peeve right now. We are in the process of weaning my almost 3 yr old dd from her pacifier. I will be so happy when we are pacifier free.
