I have to thank Peggy, a friend who gave me the love for flower arranging. She is amazing at it. This is 1 of many I made for some good friends. The card is made out of chip bord and it is made where they can hang it. I used aliquid glass on the tea cup, then cracked it. Love the new velvet ribbon I got at a LSS.
